The Estates at Cave Creek/Cresta Norte is a small gated community between Desert Mountain and Mirabel in North Scottsdale. Cresta Norte was started by Geoffrey Edmunds in 2001. The community was completed in 2004 by Toll Brothers. A Toll Brothers upscale gated subdivision has only about 87 residences. The fantastic scenery is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes on all sides. Homesites range from 0.7 to 1.8 acres, and homes range from 2,734 to 4,602 square feet. All homes are single-story with 3+ car garages.
